weight watchers chicken stuffing crock pot recipe

I am no longer able to find ff sour cream in any of my local stores. What brand sour cream still carries it in a fat free? Also, do you use defrosted or frozen chicken breasts? Thank you! Your recipes are the best!

This recipe was amazing! I made it tonight and it did not disappoint!! I already had crock pot chicken ready to go, so I followed the rest of your directions, but cooked it in the oven as noted by another commenter. I also did not have enough sour cream, so I made up the difference with non fat Greek yogurt. Delicious!!! Keep these great recipes coming!

Winner winner chicken dinner! Five ingredients, five minutes to prep and my house smelled like Thanksgiving all afternoon. Great size portion for five points on blue. Thanks for another great recipe Emily!

Very good! Entire family loved it. I did add a bit more broth to the crockpot. I used 4 large breasts so the added broth worked. Next time I would add more stuffing. This time I made more stuffing on the side and broccoli. Will definitely make again

This recipe was so delicious and easy to make. I put it together quickly the night before and put it in the crockpot in the morning before work. This filled my stuffing craving that I get throughout the year. This is going in my favorites folder!

My recipe for Crockpot Chicken and Stuffing tastes and smells just like Thanksgiving dinner! This recipe will be one of the easiest comfort foods you ever make. Pile a handful of ingredients into the crockpot and come back to a soul warming meal that totally hits that comfort food spot!

Love this recipe! So simple and so full of flavor. We served it over mashed potatoes and it was great. I think it would also be great with some egg noodles, or add the leftovers to a casserole pan with diced up Grands biscuits to make a chicken pot pie bake.

Made this just this week for the first time! Super easy and so tasty. I used frozen chicken breasts, threw everything in the crockpot and had a delicious meal when I got home from work! Served ours over mashed potatoes with some brussel sprouts on the side.

This was a hit in our home! It was the first time I used cauliflower as a potato and it worked under this! I think that I could even put it on top of green beans and it would be awesome! Thanks for an easy recipe that required little prep and had great flavor. I love crockpot recipes with points!

I made this last week and oh boy! This was so good. Instead of using boneless breast I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and had enough for another meal and lunch for myself. LOVE LOVE LOVE this recipe. Thank you for sharing.

I have personally never done the program, but I do love many of the recipes. I did do a weight loss program last year, Optavia, and ended up losing 36 pounds. For me this was massive. I had just hit the highest weight of my life and my now ex-husband had just walked out on us. I needed to make a change, I had to make a change.

The chicken and stuffing come out moist and full of flavor and really hits the spot for dinner any night of the week. I love that there are only 5 ingredients (chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and sour cream). And you want to add some vegetables to the mix you can easily add some finely diced onion, carrots and/or celery!

Hi Patti, great question! You will want to add the seasoning pack that comes with your stuffing. In this recipe we used Stove Top brand stuffing mix and the seasoning is already pre-mixed with the bread cubes. But if your stuffing mix comes with a seasoning packet be sure to use that!

The one thing I did I made the stuffing on the stove and put the chicken, onions, celery, carrots, cream of chicken soup, chicken stock and sour cream in the crock-pot and served it with mashed potatoes. It makes a better dish.

Note: a crock-pot is a type of slow cooker but not all slow cookers are crock-pots. That said, crock-pots and slow cookers are often used interchangeably and most crock-pot-specific recipes will work in any type of slow cooker and vice versa.

This carnitas recipe is very easy to make. The directions start with preparing and seasoning the meat. Then, you just add everything to the crock-pot! This recipe will take 6-8 hours on low, followed by a quick 4-5 minutes in the oven to crisp up the edges of the meat.

Who says Thanksgiving food has to be limited to just Thanksgiving? Why not enjoy it year-round? For those in agreement with that sentiment, this Weight Watchers crock-pot chicken and stuffing recipe is a must. Described as "Thanksgiving in a crock-pot", this recipe is the ultimate comfort food!

This chicken and stuffing recipe is an amazing idea for a cozy dinner at home. The entire family will be so excited to be enjoying their favorite Thanksgiving foods again! With only 5-7 points per serving, you simply cannot go wrong. Plus, this meal requires just five minutes of prep time. Win!

For this Weight Watchers crock-pot chicken, the spices are the star of the show. Each bite is bursting with mouthwatering flavors like cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, dried rosemary, dried parsley, dried sage, cayenne, salt, and pepper. You most likely already have most of those spices in the pantry!

I have made this before. It is so yummy. However, this time I winged it. I threw in 4 chicken breasts and topped with cream of mushroom soup and a can of water. Then remembered this recipe and ended up dumping sour cream on top of that, 2 cans of french style green beans, and stuffing on top of that and mixed it together even though that is not what the instructions say. Hopefully it turns out fine . How did yours turn out?

I put defrosted chicken in the crockpot and topped with one can of cream of mushroom soup and a can of water. I was also going to make stuffing on the side. Then I remembered this meal and I have made it before. So I dumped sour cream on top , 2 cans of green beans on top of that and my box of stuffing on top. Mixed it a bit. It should turn out just fine right? Please tell me I do not need to dump it all and start over again. Ugh :(.

Can you prepare this ahead of time and turn on the crockpot later in the day? Or will the stuffing get soggy? Trying to come up with something easy for my mother so she just has to turn it on after I leave her house!

Only 8 Weight Watchers Points per serving on the Weight Watchers plan! Now you can reduce the points by using reduced-fat cream of chicken, low-fat milk, and reduced-fat cheese but I choose to use full fat on those products! As with any recipe be sure to plug your recipe on your own and verify the point values based on your brands. 2ff7e9595c
